Easy and Handy Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

You can simply reverse an order by calling our helpline, sending us a WhatsApp message, on 8657515933 or visiting us on https://www.menmoms.in/apps/return_prime provided it's done prior to dispatch. Your refunds will be credited to your 'My Wallet' facility, or, at your request, returned to your credit/debit card or other electronic payment instruments. Please be informed that refunds to an external payment source are processed by the issuing bank, and Me n moms does not have direct control over when they are processed.

Me n moms has the right to cancel any order that looks suspicious or is against our Terms of Use at its discretion. We can also block access to our Website/Mobile App and keep a record of such activity to avoid fraud.

Returns & Replacement

In case you have any problems with the product, like getting a damaged or defective product, or similar issues, you can ask for a replacement or return within 7 days of the delivery of the product. For big products, we may also provide the facility of part replacement to speed up the process smoothly.

Once we get the original product to our factory and it meets our quality check, we shall go ahead and send the replacement product.

For the return to be valid, the product should be in the same condition that you found it, with its original packaging intact with tags. It should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unassembled and in its original condition without scratches or dents.

For replacement due to damages, damages reported will be the only thing that will be considered during quality checking.

We will organize the collection of the product via a trustworthy courier firm. In case your PIN code is not serviceable for return collection, we request that you organize the dispatch of the product. Once we receive the product, we shall refund shipping costs, up to a limit of Rs. 500.

Kindly provide photo or video proof clearly showing the defect. This proof should be visible and demonstrate the issue.

For Clothing and Footwear (excluding Accessories and Newborn items), we have an exchange policy within 7 days of product delivery.

Guidelines:

  • Replacement is only applicable for damaged, defective, or incomplete products.
  • You can request replacement within 7 days of the product's delivery
  • Part replacement is available within 7 days in case of manufacturing defects
  • We offer only product return/replacement.
  • Cash on Delivery is available only for orders between ₹500 to ₹1,500.

Return/Replacement Requirements:

  • Return/Replacement Timeframe: You can request within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Item Condition: Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Except for the categories listed as non-returnable, all other products qualify for return and refund.

Return/Replacement Process:

  • To initiate a replacement or return, please visit https://www.menmoms.in/apps/return_prime and submit your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photo or video proof of the defect.
  • We will arrange the pickup of the product through a reliable courier company.
  • If your PIN code is non-serviceable for return pickup, we kindly request you to arrange shipping
  • Upon receiving the product, we will reimburse shipping charges, up to a maximum of Rs. 500.

Refunds on Returns:

When we get back the returned item in our facility and it is verified by our quality checks, we will start processing the refund. The refund will be made in the same manner as was used for the initial purchase.

Refund Method:

All refunds are credited back to the original source of payment.
Example: Credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking payments will be refunded back to the same wallet or account at checkout.
